About Us

Hello! My name is Ricardo Baltazar Meneses (pictured on left above). I graduated from Texas A&M University @Corpus Christi in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. My father (pictured on right above) has been working in construction since as long as I can remember. We officially started Ruco Construction LLC in 2019 when my father and I realized that Matagorda County needed a construction company that was locally owned!

Over the years, our team has completed hundreds of projects for our clients and have continued growing ever since. We have built homes, barndominiums, and so much more! We hope that if you like what you see and have something in mind that you have wanted to build, you give us a call!
